I don\u2019t think anyone will argue with me that they changed (physically and mentally) from kindergarten to 12th<\/sup> grade. I don\u2019t think anyone will argue with me that they changed from 9th<\/sup> grade to 12th<\/sup> grade. I would also argue that you change from the start to the end of 10th<\/sup> grade. As educators we get the unique opportunity to interact with students as they are going through major times of change and development in their lives. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

There is no better time than in your classroom, no matter a science classroom or otherwise, to introduce and infuse atomic habits into your student\u2019s lives. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

What are Atomic Habits?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

James Clear defines atomic habits in his book, Atomic Habits, as small habits that are part of a larger system. They are small routines or practices that are routinely preformed with action towards a larger system.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
