autoplay; clipboard-write; encrypted-media; gyroscope; picture-in-picture; web-share\" referrerpolicy=\"strict-origin-when-cross-origin\" allowfullscreen><\/iframe><\/p>\n<p>Incorporate STEM learning activities into your classroom.\u00a0 This can further engage ALL your students into what STEM really is and get them passionate about learning.<\/p>\n<p>Help place after school programs into your district that can further the knowledge of STEM in your students.\u00a0 By doing workshops and inviting local engineers, you can expand the minds of your students and help find their passions and interests.<\/p>\n<p>Encourage your students to get scholarships to college that allow them to pursue their STEM interests.\u00a0 There are many different programs that will give money to women and other minorities.<\/p>\n<p>Mentorships can also have a big impact on student&#8217;s perceptions.\u00a0 Seeing a person like them (women, person of color, disabled, LGBTQ+) can motivate students into going into STEM fields.<\/p>\n<blockquote class=\"twitter-tweet\" data-width=\"500\" data-dnt=\"true\">\n<p lang=\"en\" dir=\"ltr\">Diversity makes our world STRONGER!
