Taxpayers beware: these new rules &#8220;are subject to a number of exceptions and do not completely eliminate taxes on tips and overtime pay,&#8221; said Frank.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Also highlighted by the article are new deductions for taxpayers older than 65 (under certain income limits) and increased child tax credits.
