A gala was held March 14, 2025, at the Cincinnati Music Hall to recognize the 50 fastest-growing companies led by Miami alumni. Thirteen of them are led by Accountancy graduates. This figure reflects a remarkable growth in the representation of accountancy alumni compared to last year. The RedHawk50 was launched in 2024 “to celebrate the success of Miamians at building companies that will impact the way we live, the way we work and entertain ourselves, the clothes that we wear, and the food that we eat today and in the future,” according to Tim Holcomb, professor and chair of the Department of Entrepreneurship.
