
Tara McCullough ’04 is the department’s new Deloitte Introductory Accountancy Course Coordinator. In this role, she assists Beth Killy and Eric Marinich with managing student engagement in introductory accounting courses, including email communications and Canvas course sites. She also helps to coordinate graduate assistants for those classes. Her assistance allows the course faculty to focus on instruction, with the goal of improving the overall student experience and increasing the students’ understanding of the value of financial information.

Prior to working in the Department of Accountancy, Tara worked as an intervention learning specialist with Miami’s Student-Athlete Academic Support Services. Tara played volleyball at Miami and majored in marketing (minoring in management information systems).

Tara is married to Bryan McCullough ’00, DO (B.S. Zoology). They have three school-aged children who are active in sports. The family enjoys supporting Miami and Talawanda athletics, traveling, and spending time with family and friends.
