Workouts may be created manually using Excel or other table-making tools. The current way of making workouts and recording times usually involves printing out paper and recording it by hand.   This is inefficient and inconvenient for not only record data but also analyzing it.<\/td><\/tr><\/tbody><\/table>\n\n\n\n<table class=\"wp-block-table is-style-stripes\"><tbody><tr><td>PROJECT PURPOSE:<\/td><\/tr><tr><td>The purpose of our project was to create a mobile app to make it easier for coaches to create running interval workouts for their athletes.
