Tipton, United Way of Butler County<\/td><\/tr><\/tbody><\/table>\n\n\n\n<table class=\"wp-block-table is-style-stripes\"><tbody><tr><td>PROBLEM STATEMENT:<br><\/td><\/tr><tr><td>United Way has two resources currently in place, Helplink 211 https:\/\/dayton-unitedway.org\/helplink-2-1-1\/ and Helplink 2-1-1 Resource Directory http:\/\/www.referweb.net\/day\/.
