Runners getting back into the sport or new runners just getting off the couch will be especially susceptible.  With a support group, runners can achieve more. <\/td><\/tr><\/tbody><\/table>\n\n\n\n<table class=\"wp-block-table is-style-stripes\"><tbody><tr><td><strong>MISSION:<\/strong><\/td><\/tr><tr><td>Aches &amp; Pains is an application that provides information about lower body muscles, muscle injuries, and strengthening exercises useful to coaches and athletes alike. Users are able to individually select the problem muscle to display common injuries and exercise tactics. In addition, each muscle allows users to add injuries and strengthening exercises of their own. They are also able to like or dislike an exercise.
