There is a need for a system to generate optimal congressional districts for the State of Ohio and allow users to view the districts on a map.\n<\/td>\n  <\/tr>\n  <tr>\n    <td class=\"tg-u71t\" style=\"letter-spacing:5px\"><font color=\"blue\"><b>\n        PROJECT PURPOSE<\/b><\/font><\/td>\n    <td class=\"tg-u71t\">The purpose of this project is to draw congressional districts using algorithms so that political bias is removed from the drawing process.
