This project aims to demonstrate how an environmental stressor can impact mating and fighting behavior and also seeks to understand the mechanism behind these results. We perform behavioral assays as well as dissecting guts, sectioning, using transmission electron microscopy and dye permeability assays to assess barrier leakiness.
