If a lot comes from one department HR will talk to the department (i.e., EHS)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Council on Diversity &amp; Inclusion (CODI) \u2013 Juanita Schrodt<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Fiscal Priorities \u2013 Alicia Miller \u2013 continuing meeting with Deans and other Administrators, Co-Chairs &#8211; Brooke and Melissa presented at Senate) on Monday<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Hamilton &amp; Middletown Campus Regional \u2013 Tonya Moryl \u2013 nothing but working<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>University Senate \u2013 Cheryl Chafin \u2013 mostly covered in this meeting; Michael Crowder reported on Grad School monies from grad degrees; Mental Health of students causing GPA to drop (just a theory)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>UPAC Liaison \u2013 Angie Brown and Amy Brown \u2013 updating the UPAC website, digital IDs<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Coffee and Connect<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Coffee &amp; Connect Idea \u2013 Mike Arnos, Rec Center \u2013 November 16, 2022<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Facebook<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Facebook \u2013 try to get Carly added as admin for CPAC<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Hiring Concerns\/Issues<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Discussion about lack of applications and trouble hiring; seems to be University-wide and nationwide; a lot left for remote positions. Lots of folks leaving. Younger folks want flexibility.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Job Enrichment<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Retire\/rehire \u2013 Job Enrichment issues; Dawn Fahner will look into it.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Google Chat<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Jennifer creating Google Chat for CPAC members.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>CPAC Conference<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Would like to start planning in November. Please have some ideas as to what you think would make a great conference for classified staff &#8211; Protecting yourself \u2013 Self Care \u2013 Self Defense Cyber Security CPR training \u2013 afternoon session; How to Stay Engaged working from home<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Next Meeting<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Our next meeting will be November 10, 2022.
