Open until the end of Sept. This will be the last year in PageUp, next will be in Workday.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>More education coming this fall for new employees about retirement. Will launch a pilot program.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Not many\/if any meetings for the Classified Staff Compensation Committee.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Pay zone minimums were raised in July, by 1%, after the 2% summer increment pool.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Approval of Last Meeting Minutes<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>May minutes were approved \u2013 Cheryl Chafin made a motion to approve and Carley Collins seconded.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Subcommittee Updates<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Benefits \u2013 Jennifer Fox<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Campus Planning \u2013 Bonnie Crabtree<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Classified Staff Compensation \u2013 Tonya Moryl<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Council on Diversity and Inclusion (CODI) \u2013 April Turner<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Fiscal Priorities \u2013 Alicia Miller<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Regional Campus Updates \u2013 Tonya Moryl and Amanda Lehmann<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>University Senate \u2013 Cheryl Chafin<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>UPAC Liaison \u2013 Amy Newsome and\/or Alicia Miller<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>&nbsp;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Topics<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Amy Moore volunteered to step up as secretary since Carley is now the Vice-Chair.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Alicia confirmed who will be on each of the sub-committees.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>CPAC Website \u2013 Alicia is working on getting this up to date.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The group discussed having the September meeting at the Regional campuses. Group lunch?<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>2024 Summer Conference: the group discussed possible dates. Alicia is going to reserve Heritage, and Carley is going to confirm the Crawford\u2019s schedules.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>JEP Points for committee members: Carley spoke with Brenda Curry who said this isn\u2019t possible, but that Job Enrichment is going to be updated so that certain positions would qualify for credit. Dawn agrees that JE points are probably not possible for committee members, but that Dawn and Brenda have some other ideas. Carley to follow up on this.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Uptown Music booth: August 17<sup>th<\/sup>, 2023 from 7-9:30 pm. UPAC\/CPAC co-sponsoring a booth. Alicia and April to work the booth.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Alicia discussed having possible meals or breakfast as a \u201cthank you\u201d to committee members for their hard work.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Alicia informed the group that she has obtained a list of all SATSS employees and will send out an email to the SATSS listserv with a link for them to sign up for the CPAC listserv if interested (and if interested in joining!)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Homework Items<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>CPAC booth at Benefits Fairs?
