Advocacy:<\/strong> Act as the official liaison to the Administration, improving the communication channel by establishing a clear process for staff input and ensuring timely, formal feedback on concerns, while actively advocating for competitive compensation and beneficial policies.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Policy &amp; Governance Input:<\/strong> Actively facilitate dedicated dialogue with university officials on key staff priorities (like benefits\/compensation) in yearly meetings and ensure representation in shared governance processes.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Professional Development &amp; Engagement:<\/strong> Increase staff awareness and participation by promoting opportunities for continuing education, professional growth, and leadership development, with specific objectives such as increasing conference attendance by 10%.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Visibility &amp;
