What makes a candidate stand out to you during the recruiting and interview process?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

We love candidates who display confidence, enthusiasm, and passion for health and wellness. When interviewing, it\u2019s important to tell \u201cin the workplace\u201d stories. Don\u2019t just say who you are. Show us through vivid, concrete examples. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

What advice would you give Miami students to set themselves up for success as they pursue internships and their post-graduation goals?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Research the companies and the person you\u2019re interviewing with. This will help you give meaningful answers and ask meaningful questions. Keep a spreadsheet to organize your applications and interviews. It\u2019s important to keep on top of the opportunities you\u2019re pursuing so you have time to do your research \u201chomework.\u201d <\/p>\n\n\n\n
