What makes a candidate stand out during the recruiting and interview process?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

To start out, good eye contact, a firm handshake, and dressing professionally are very important. We also look for candidates who can hold a strong conversation. If you can do those things, you\u2019re already halfway there. You would be surprised how few universities prepare their students for their Career Fairs. Miami students are always ready to engage with employers and showcase who they are and what they can bring to their organization. This is why we at genesisONE keep making the five-hour drive to Miami for each semester\u2019s Career Fair. Nearly 20% of our company is made up of Miami alumni, myself included!<\/p>\n\n\n\n

What have you observed that sets Miami candidates apart from others?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n
