Brandi McConahay, Collections/Web Intern Fall 2016-Spring 2017

She is in her senior year at Miami with majors in Anthropology and Interactive Media Studies and a minor in French. This fall, Brandi began her involvement at the Miami University Art Museum as a Collections/Web Intern. During her year-long internship she will be focusing on the digitization of a collection of Greek & Roman oil lamps and vessels that were donated by Harvey and Deborah Breverman and creating a web page to highlight a selection of these objects.

Brandi’s dream job is to be a Professor of Anthropology. On campus, Brandi is president of the Anthropology Club, an undergraduate associate for Anthropology 212, a Foundation Team Leader with the Bridge Church, and a student assistant for the Department of Anthropology. Outside of school, Brandi enjoys reading, watching movies, crocheting, and web development and design. In Oxford, she likes to eat at Bagel & Deli and her favorite arts & culture venue is the Metropolitan Museum of Art.
