There is a need for a system to generate optimal congressional districts for the State of Ohio and allow users to view the districts on a map.<\/td><\/tr><\/tbody><\/table>\n\n\n\n<table class=\"wp-block-table\"><tbody><tr><td><strong>PROJECT PURPOSE:<\/strong><\/td><\/tr><tr><td>The purpose of this project is to draw congressional districts using algorithms so that political bias is removed from the drawing process.
