CNS = Crystallography & NMR System

There is no module file for CNS.  To setup CNS, users must use the csh or tcsh shell and should execute the command:

source /software/cns/cns_solve_1.3/cns_solve_env.sh

CNS supports use of multiple processors on the same cluster node, contact the RCS group for more information.

Execution mode is :
/software/cns/cns_solve_1.3/intel-x86_64bit-linux/bin/cns_solve test.log
for an example input file.
